At Casa Laureles, we believe that true richness lies in connection: with the land, with those we love and with ourselves. Our farm, located in the heart of Quindío, is a refuge where nature is reborn and people find a space to reconnect, rest and discover well-being in every detail. Here, rural life, coffee, gardens and hospitality come together to offer an authentic and transforming experience.
Our history
More than ten years ago, we arrived in Filandia looking for a refuge where we could breathe nature and get away from the noise and pollution of the city. We found an old farm with degraded land, full of pastures and a colonial house that was barely standing. Without great resources, but with a clear vision and the desire to regenerate, we embarked on the task of restoring life to this place.
We began by restoring and expanding the house, respecting its original style. Little by little, fruit trees were planted, gardens and orchards were created, and the land responded, transforming it into a natural paradise. Once this place flourished, we decided to open the doors to visitors, inviting those seeking to disconnect from the world and reconnect with nature in a secluded and authentic environment.
Over time, the pastures were gradually replaced by hundreds of coffee and banana bushes, and the lowlands were enriched with native plants.
Today, Casa Laureles is much more than a farm: it is a living model of regeneration, where every coffee bean, every natural product and every tourist experience tells the story of a rebirth.
We offer attentive and personalized service, welcoming each guest as part of our family and making them feel at home, surrounded by the warmth and hospitality that characterize the Colombian countryside. Inspired by the biodiversity and richness of our environment, we have also developed a line of natural cosmetics, using extracts from our aromatic plants and combining ancestral knowledge with sustainable practices for wellness and beauty.
With all this we seek that those who visit us - individuals, couples and families - can reconnect, connect with each other and with nature, and achieve an integral wellbeing, both physical and mental, in an environment of peace and authenticity. We invite everyone to be part of this journey, to learn, to enjoy and to be inspired by the possibility of a world where development and nature walk hand in hand.
